Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce = a VERY Happy Birthday!

D & B turned ELEVEN yesterday... We had planned a big family dinner at a local pizza establishment here in town... However the weather was a little uncooperative!  It wasn't "bad" out...but I just don't want to drag Grandparents out in the cold when the wind chill is single digits!

*SO*.  We instead had an at home party.  Big spaghetti dinner...and Brownie Sundaes!  The hit of the evening was the homemade hot fudge sauce that I whipped up.  It was SO GOOD...the whole family raved.  SO here is the ridiculously EASY recipe!

Hot Fudge Sauce

2 Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Bag of Chocolate Chips
4T Butter melted
3T Hershey's Baking Cocoa Powder

Melt the butter in a small sauce pan.  Add the SC Milk and stir...continuing to warm.  Add Chocolate Chips and stir until they melt.  At the end sprinkle in the cocoa powder and stir until smooth.  This is a little difficult.  The mixture is thick.  Next time I may do this step in the Kitchenaid.  Keep it warm until serving.
